Because we fulfill the order within 24 hours, the customer only has 24 hours after purchasing in order to cancel the order. A cancellation request must also be made the same date that the purchase is made or else it won't be able to be cancelled. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to start a cancellation request. Once it is shipped and in the carriers possessions we cannot cancel the order. If the customer no longer needs the item upon delivery, they may ship it back for a full refund. We are not responsible for postage back to our supplier.
Items that were purchased while out of stock have the option to be cancelled up until the item comes back in stock and is shipped.
Refusal of Delivery and Cancellations are subject to cancellation fees of up to 50% of the original purchase price. Please ensure you enter correct address and make arrangements on day of delivery to avoid any issues.
