Please inspect chair thoroughly before you start assembly. Take photos of anything you see torn or deem not correct with your purchase. You MUST keep original boxes or you must purchase exact same size box(es) in order to ship item back for a refund. Keep boxes in original condition to ensure easy return and safe transit back to the warehouse. Items sent in unoriginal packaging may be rejected by carrier or cause an overcharge which will result in a reduction of refund to the customer. We are not responsible for purchasing any custom boxes or return packaging for your order - It is the buyer's responsibility to keep the original box in good condition in you decide to make a return.
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days to return the item after receiving the return address. If the item is returned outside this window, we will not accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label or return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All discussion regarding returns will be done through email for transcripts and evidence. A refund will not be issued until the item is returned. No phone calls will be taken regarding returns as there is no evidence over the phone.
We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to our supplier if the item was delivered broken. If the item was not damaged upon delivery, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping. If we send a prepaid label on a non-damaged item, we will deduct return shipping costs at the time of the refund. Items delivered broken must have photo evidence sent to our email email@example.com as soon as the item is opened. Video evidence may also be required in order to get a return label generated from the manufacturer Failure to provide sufficient evidence of mechanical failure may result in the manufacturer not issuing a return label.
We do not offer price match guarantee on any of our products. Customers will not be given refund exceptions for products found cheaper elsewhere after purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We provide free replacements or free returns for certain damaged goods.
In order to be eligible for free returns or to be reimbursed with return charges, please take photos or videos of the damage upon delivery so we have proof that it was delivered damaged or is a faulty product. If there is no photo evidence, we cannot guarantee that it was delivered to you with or without damage, and this could prevent you from receiving return shipping reimbursements.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Restocking fees may apply once the item is returned, and will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees will never surpass 50% of the overall purchase price of the recliner.
