This is our standard delivery method for any massage chair purchase. Your massage chair will arrive unassembled in its factory boxes. The freight company will deliver your massage chair to your carport or entryway. You will be responsible for moving it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may need assistance from a friend or family member.
Assembly: Slight assembly is required, but it is straightforward, with clear instructions provided. Typically, you will need to attach air hoses, arms, and the ottoman. Note: Ensure the chair dimensions fit through any necessary doorways. The delivery company is not responsible for carrying the massage chair up stairs. We recommend getting help from a friend or family member (which is free), or you can opt for our White Glove Delivery service.

2) White Glove Delivery (Room of Choice Installation)

Details: For an additional fee you can add White Glove Delivery to your order. This includes both delivery and installation of your massage chair and adds about a week to the total delivery time. A two-person installation team will deliver, unpack, and install your massage chair in your chosen room, and carry it up the stairs if needed. The team consists of furniture installation professionals, who may not have prior experience with your specific massage chair model. If any issues arise during installation, please contact us at support@relaxingrecliners.com for assistance.
Scheduling: Once your massage chair arrives at the White Glove terminal, please allow 3-5 business days for the installation team to contact you and schedule the delivery. If you do not receive a call within 3 days, contact us for help.
Note: Assembly is straightforward, with clear instructions provided. We partner with brands that offer excellent customer service, ensuring both Relaxing Recliners and the manufacturer can assist you with installation. We recommend this option if you cannot find anyone to help you move the massage chair or prefer a hands-off experience.
