Massage Recliner Chair with Heat Ergonomic

The chair is of good quality and comfort, and the electronics function as expected. The chair's only flaw is that there is no manual way to retract the footrest other than by using your legs. The leg rest cannot be retracted and locked into place from a sitting posture due to the spring tension. I've tried multiple times to contact the firm, both by phone and email, but it appears that they don't care about their customers once they've made a transaction.

This is a great product for the money. It's simple to put together, and the heat in the lumbar area is fantastic! My only gripe is attempting to close the foot rest. There is no lever, so you must rely on your leg strength to close the door. I'm a 73-year-old cancer patient, and the first time I tried to close the foot rest, it bounced back, knocking me to the ground! Something needs to be loosened. Aside from that, I'm quite pleased with my purchase.

It's fairly good in terms of recliners. I'd rather have the original lever system than this one. I'm over 6 feet tall and find it difficult to close up. I should've read the description more carefully. It says it's for people who are 5 feet to 5 feet 9 inches tall.

After reading other people's experiences buying these, I'd like to go back and put a little extra... I intended to include images, but the ones I took look exactly like the ones the vendor has posted. I used to be a rough-and-tumble adolescent, but I'm now in my forties. My special needs son is almost an adult, yet he still acts like he's in the "2's," if you know what I mean. Because it's needed, I keep an eye on him 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He's a high-maintenance, low-functioning individual. As a result, I'll have to take care of everything for him. I explain this because I'm starting to break apart. One of the reasons I bought these for my husband and myself is because of this.

Some of the unfavorable reviews mentioned that it was difficult to put together. Within 5 minutes after receiving, I was rocking a toddler. Just look at the video. Only having someone in the box to do it for you would be more convenient. For the price, it's of good quality. The rocker, swivel, recline, warming, and massage functions are all excellent! I received the item one day before the July 8th - July 13th dates listed on the day I ordered it.
